Dan Bacaintan
After the high school in Italy he worked as barista in local coffee shops in the Garda Lake area. In 2013 he moved to London where he worked as lead barista and trainer in some of the best coffee shops in the UK. He is currently working in Italy as a trainer barista and consultant, keeping traveling and learning more about coffee.

Roberto Sala
Owner of a 100-year-old coffee shop in a small town close to Milan, he represents the fourth generation of baristas in his family. He has been in the coffee industry for 25 years, running his coffee shop and training baristas. He was the first barista to serve a certified cappuccino at the Italian parliament. He was the first trainer to join the Italian Barista School, too.

Angelo Gregio
Owner of the coffee shop Alidangelo in Rimini, he has been working with great barmen for the last 15 years. He is often studying the perfect workflow of a coffee shop and its products, usually making use of sensory analysis to assess their quality, features and history. He regularly holds courses and seminars on coffee and bartending.
